On Saturday Feb 7, Mike’s weekly travel slot on Newstalk ZB’s Jack Tame Show, hosted by Kerre McIvor, turns the spotlight on cruising the South Pacific on the innovative Voyager of the Seas.
Royal Caribbean’s Voyager has been the ship of many firsts, including pioneering the world’s first rock climbing wall, mounted on the funnel. It’s latest innovation, seen for the first time in New Zealand, is the Flowrider, an ingenious surf wave simulator.
Mike is currently on-board the Voyager of the Seas, en-route to Noumea, and is scheduled to cross live to the radio show at 11.15am. His resulting stories will appear in the APN/NZME regional newspapers network, in the coming weeks.
