ZB Travel – Antebellum Trail

Road-trip your way from Athens to Madison, to soak up the heritage-rich character of these celebrated towns on the Antebellum Trail, before tracking further east, across the South Carolina state line, to take in some of the grandest and oldest plantations, headlined by Magnolia Plantation.

Alongside the grand plantation home, it’s home to the USA’s oldest public gardens and poignantly preserved slave cabins, which were actively occupied until as recently as the 1990s.
